Celebrating the proclamation of the Universal Declaration of Linguistic Rights in Barcelona with Ned Thomas, president of Welsh PEN, and Edixa Montiel, Wayuu lawyer representing the World Council of Indigenous Peoples.

The interview is part of the AHRC-funded Writers and Free Expression.
